Real Estate Management (REM) has confirmed the practical completion of the new 32,000 sq ft office development at 48 Pall Mall. The building is situated in the heart of St. James’s in Westminster, one of London’s most respected business districts.
48 Pall Mall has been redeveloped behind a part-retained façade to provide nine floors of between 2,000 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft of contemporary Grade A office space. It has three roof terraces, a dedicated parking space, cycle storage, and the ability for a private entrance at the rear with access from Rose and Crown Yard.
St. James’s is home to a variety of prestigious office occupiers, restaurants, hotels, private members clubs and art galleries. It is also close to the popular shopping locations of Jermyn Street and Bond Street.
Michael Baker, CEO of REM, which has redeveloped 48 Pall Mall said “St. James’s has always been a well-known, traditional office location in the West End. In recent years, other areas of London have started to rival it for office occupiers. 48 Pall Mall has been developed to compete for modern businesses looking for highly efficient office space in this prime location. We have already received significant interest in the building from a variety of business sectors.”
